Loving yourself & putting yourself first means giving yourself quality sleep. During my entire academic career, I probably got anywhere from 3-5 hours on average during the week, and maybe 7-8 during the week end. I did take naps as well when needed, but it really isn't the same. And believe me, I felt the damage -- I can STILL feel the damage. Still working on my #selfrepair.
