Sorry for not being online in a while. I’ve been going through some shit. I lost my cat in August he was my best friend. My mental health was really improving while he was with me and when he passed I spiralled and could barely get out of bed. Life’s been so tiring lately and I’m really trying to be positive but it just feels like my whole world’s crushing me. I’m crying writing this and I feel really stupid, sorry for the rant if you’re still reading, lol. Everything I loved is slowly getting boring, works burning me out and it doesn’t seem to matter how many therapy sessions I attend, it doesn’t help. My anxiety is preventing me from leaving the house as often as before, and I’ve been barely sleeping. I’m not expecting anyone to have read this much being as this isn’t that type of account but I really needed to get some of this shit off my chest. Thanks if you read this. Even knowing anyone’s read this just makes me feel heard and I really needed that today.

Went to a music festival yesterday and only just got home after drinking for 2 days straight.. my stomach has been feeling full but also really empty? If that makes sense. Been like it for a couple hours, went outside for a smoke and that just absolutely turned my stomach. Didn’t even get to finish my cig before I felt everything coming up. Laying in bed bloated, nauseous, and regretting everything. 🥲😂

I was laying in my front while drinking water and my stomach made that “I’m gonna spew” kinda noise and I thought only the water wanted to come out, I was wrong. Thrown up all of today’s food into my mouldy bedroom trashcan. 🤢

Had a dream last night where we were at this cinema looking place and there was a boy there that was sitting with one of those cardboard sick bowls and I asked if he was okay and he nodded and as soon as i sat down he threw up, but missed the bowl 😍
