It's been 10 years

hmm..

10 years ago..that's about half my life. Have you really been gone for that long?

It seemed like it went by quite fast actually.

Sometimes I feel ashamed to have forgotten about you but I hope you know you're always at the back of my head. 10 years without you is like 10 years without a part of me. Sometimes I imagine what life would be like if you hadn't left.

Would be we living in a better environment?

Would I be going to a better school?

Would I be more hard working?

I wished so much that my life wasn't like this. Mom has tried very hard to fill your shoes but in the end it's not the same without 2..

Thank you for all that you've done for me and all that you did to help me grow. Thank you for always spending time with me and playing with me. Thank you for setting limits on my behaviour and teaching what is right or wrong. Thank you for teaching me how to be a good dad..
