School Uniform

Woke up this morning with this on my mind... So, here you go. This Back to School Year, I've been doing a few Free Hair Cuts for Back to School (For Kids of my Choice) to help a few people out. My issue is the cost of School Uniforms!~ Is this another burden and cost that are put on individual families? Is not having uniforms just an excuse to try to get out of going to school? If it's the law to go to school and wear a uniform, shouldn't the uniforms be free? Where are the Parents on this matter?
