日本の不動産取引はババ抜きのようですが、富の蓄積とはそうした誰かにババをひかせたり出し抜くことで生じるものなのか疑問があります。
富が蓄積する瞬間、そのときには誰かがそれを売り誰かがそれを買いますが、買う人は売る人が買った価格よりも高く買うことで、売る人に富が蓄積されます。また、買った人が次に売る側に回るときに同じことが出来れば、更に富が蓄積されます。
減価償却やインフレ率なども考える必要があるとはいえ、富の蓄積とは結局は「次の人」との協力で生まれるものであるように思われます。
アメリカの各地にある不動産データベースであるMLSは売り手側と買い手側がある種のcooporationをするために発展してきた側面があるようですが、日本での不動産取引が「次の人」を見つけるゲームとして発展してこなかったのも興味深いです。
