You know what really grinds my gears ?!? (I know what voice you read that in ) When people treat you as if you are the reason they didn't follow their dreams 🙄

Next time you are feeling sorry for yourself try this Take the ball of energy wherever it may be your chest ,throat your hands.... Visualize it ! now begin to exhale with every exhale replace this low vibratory feeling with gratitude start with simple things the roof over your head ,clean water ,a safe country to live in ... .Continue to visualize the energy ,visualize it changing colour ,shape ,growing in size . The change over is amazing you may cry if so allow yourself this vulnerability .I find this extremely energizing. I do it because in hind sight I know where I want to be but I often get side tracked by my own low frequencies that want me to feed into things like self doubt (ain't nobody got time for that ) ✨💫🌙 be cosmic yo !

do 10 minutes of “self love” talk in the mirror daily  

don’t spend your money instead spend your energy on creating synergy

be weary of std’s

don’t be afraid to be THAT girl yes be THAT bitch
