Life's too short not to enjoy yourself.
Wonder if I can find anyone I actually know,
Lydia smiled at what he pointed out. It was true but violence wasnât something she was really up for until after she had discovered werewolves.âIâve been working on it but I still need to learn to shoot a gun better. I mean, sure Iâm fine if the walker is inches away from me⊠thereâs not much to aim for but thereâs a reason I donât guardâŠâ Lydia said. She knew she needed to train more, though.
Danny nodded, he understood her as he wasn't a perfect marksman, but had the advantage of sports and some training Allison and Bonnie gave him for combat. "Have no fear Lyds, it'll come with time; just got to be ready to stand up to the challenge, although I have no worries for you. You'll conquer this like you conquered Jackson." He chuckled and smiled to Lydia.
I should probably introduce myself.
Yes. Iâm Nora. But⊠If you play your cards right iâll be your daughter in law in no time.Â
That's a slightly terrifying thought, but extremely flattering that I might be a father figure for someone. Wasn't on the agenda for another decade or too, but I'm sure I'll raise to the occasion.

Jeremy had to admit two thingsâ one, that Danny was right. What separated them from the walking dead was their intelligence. It was what made them human and helped them survive. Without knowledge, they probably wouldnât have made it that farâ no denying it. Secondly, Jeremy was impressed. Dannyâs dedication to knowledge and its application was, well, impressive. He wasnât a big science guy himself, but he loved history and research. At least the latter could come in handy at some point. âYouâre right,â he conceded with a shrug of his shoulders. The young Gilbert didnât like to be wrong, but he couldnât argue with facts. âI had never thought about it like that.â
"Most people don't, they think about every next day and right now; well that's also important, we have to look toward the future and not lose sight of that as well." He smiled and shrugged. "Hell, I had most of my work books on me when the outbreak hit and I finished them when I got here, so I cracked into the school's work and just started doing some of the work I could find. I hate not learning, it's probably why Bonnie loves how fast I pick things up." He chuckled and shrugged. "It's all a learning game now Jer, out smart our opponent and work our way back to civilization. We're the beginning of the next era of humans, so study up; because if our next generation is stupid, that's not on me, I'm gay." He mused and playfully push the boy.
I should probably introduce myself.
âDo you like Mystic Falls so far?âŠItâs better than whatâs out there.â She shrugged.
"Yeah, it's great. I miss home, but I think I'm finding a new home here. Although I blame that on Godric." He blushed a bit and shrugged.
So I heard there a cetian possible ex-bestfriend looking for me.
âDanny when have I ever purposefully fucked up your relationship when the guy wasnât treating you like a booty call?â Jackson stared at his friend, raising a challenging eye brow at him. âExactly, never. I refuse to owe him anything, however, I will be polite to him because you seem really happy. I like that he makes you happy.â
"The point I'm making is it wasn't and isn't your place to interfere till I get hurt. I love you, but sometimes you act like your my boyfriend and I'm cheating on you in our open relationship. They treated me like that because that's what we mostly were." Danny quipped and shot a glare at Jackson. "Yow owe him as much as I deem necessary. You're still treading thin ass Jacks, but thank you. He does make me happy; happier than I thought I'd be in this place." Danny blushed a bit and looked away from his best friend.

Yeah, they might be but none of them say it. Anyway, that was wawy too much of Stiles-time. How has my man Danny been?
Stiles, their guys and as a common trait for most of our gender; they have a affinity for not speaking the things that are most important. I'm good, witchy and being courted by a real man. I'm pretty happy all things considered.
Första Dagen/ First Date II Godric & Danny
Godric smirked at Danny, if only he knew. âWell then weâll have to see about that.â he says with a chuckle, playfully bumping into him. âI have to admit that before a couple of months ago I was not very interested in meeting people other than to kill them. I was not a very good person since my change, killing for the purpose of killing. A few months ago I began to get in touch with my human emotions again and feltâŠremorse for all that I had done. It depressed me, left me feeling empty. While I was the vampire Sheriff in Dallas I had all intentions of meeting the sun to end my miserable and remorseful existence. Eric and his telepath friend, Sookie, talked me out of it. Which to be honest I am glad that they did, for I would have never met you and known true happiness.â he says with a sigh before chuckling âYes, I must admit the slang in this day and age is awful.â he says.
Godric put his arm around Danny, relishing in the feel of having him so close to him. He knew that he would have to tell him what he said because of the language barrier. He didnât want to scare him away by admitting his feelings for him. It was too soon by human standards to admit what he felt but when a vampire fell in love it was fast and it was hard, an overwhelming feeling for both parties. Yet he sighed and turned to look at Danny so that he could see his reaction before saying âYou already have my heart.â
Danny was not overly shocked, since he learned of vampires, he assumed most of their history was fact and well; they weren't a family friendly creature. "We all have faults and wrongs, I'm glad you've got a chip on your shoulder, I was wondering when your perfection ended." He smiled and nodded. "I'm glad you found yourself again and Eric and this Sookie are on my gift basket lists now." He chuckled, looking down to Godric with a happy expression on his face. "I'm glad you agree, because I can honestly hope it dies out as something to never be remembered in the history we're about to write." He smiled and ducked his head low. "I'm glad you found happiness in this blackened world, everyone deserves it; even you and me." He spoke softly.
Hearing the words made Danny freeze, only to gasp a second later as he wasn't getting enough oxygen to his head. The simply words spurred a whole new type of feeling Danny though he knew, until it hit him right then. Danny watched as everything slowed around him, not sure if it was his magic or just him dying but then it all back going fast. When Danny finally realized what had occurred, he only realized that he was currently lip-locked with Godric and he decided he rather enjoyed the feeling. He thought Godric's lips might be cold, but they felt hot flush up against his own.
Första Dagen/ First Date II Godric & Danny
Godric chuckled âI understand, perhaps I can get you used to riding so you can go out with me one day.â he says with a raising of his eyebrow. He smiles a bit brighter âThat is because I have never met anyone like you in nearly 2000 years.â he says before laughing. âIâm not quite up to date with modern slang, Iâm afraid.â he says between chuckles. He stops and looks at him âSo you have love for me, hm?â he smirks, raising an eyebrow at him. Not wanting to push the issue, though he felt certain emotions toward Danny that he had never felt for anyone before he didnât want to ruin things by moving too fast. Vampires felt emotions much quicker and deeper than humans and the thought overwhelmed him, it would no doubt possibly scare Danny as well.
As they entered the cave he chuckled at his gift basket comment, looking over at him with a smile. âSo do I, Danny.â he says softly âI feel lucky just being here with you. And you donât have to do much to secure my heart.â he adds with a smirk before rushing out in Swedish, due to nerves âDu har redan det, min kĂ€rlek.â
"Keep dreaming Godric, the day I get on a horse with an intent to ride it by myself, will be the day you marry me and swoop my of to some distant land to raise a family of questionable values." Danny muttered in a sarcastic tone, playfully shoving Godric. "I doubt you were must have been looking hard enough, because there's been millions of people on the earth since you were born; although I'm glad I've caught your eye." Danny smiled more and scoffed at the next words. "Let's hope the slang dies with it's worst offenders of language. God, some of the slang they decided was accepted is so bad." He chuckled and bit his lip as it appeared Godric caught his words. "I see the possibility of love in the future, but I do have deep feelings as of now for you." He squinted his eyes as he tried to describe his feelings.
Danny just stood still in amazement and shook his head; he'd found that silly love story everyone wanted it their life. He beamed to his date and leaned into him, humming in a satisfied way. Although the language barrier struck, Danny was sure it was just more choice words to make him blush. "I might regret asking, cause I'll die of embarrassment, but what did you say?" He asked Godric.
I should probably introduce myself.
Pam shrugged her shoulders and she smirked a little. âIâm doing pretty good. How are you?â she asked as she continued to seize him up. She liked him well enough and could possibly like him.
Danny nodded and smiled to the Vampire. "I'm glad to hear your well and I'm good, happy for once." He offered with a growing smile. Something about Pam seem so in command. He figured she was quite the women in her time.
I should probably introduce myself.
âHey, Iâm Airiana. And youâre new around here, right?âÂ
Pleasure to meet'cha Airiana, Not overly new, but new nonetheless.
I should probably introduce myself.
âYes Ericâs progeny and Godric spoke about you as well.â Pam replied coolly. She looked him over and decided that her grandfather had chosen well for himself, though he wasnât her type. âPleasure to meet you as well.â
"I hope good things." He chuckled and took in the vampyre. Beautiful, like Godric was, strong, independent, fierce. Pam how the makings of a great potential friend. "So Pam, how are you this evening?"
How's it hanging? [open]
This isnât the Titanic, Danny. Itâs not a âyou jump, I jumpâ type scenario. You have plenty of geniuses here, I mean youâre one of them. But I donât plan on jumping off anything⊠But thanks, Danny. IâŠ..That means a lot. I think youâre the only person whoâs said theyâre glad I made it here alive.
Stiles you don't understand. You're not replaceable. Genius or not, you're a valued member in the group whether people like to say it or not and thats a fact. Good to hear, because as much as I'd love to scorch somethings, you're not on the list. Don't be some sure, I'm sure Scott's happy, Derek and Isaac, your father? Their all happy as well.
So I heard there a cetian possible ex-bestfriend looking for me.
âIâm not planning on leaving anytime soon and even if I did I would take you with me this time. I canât seem to function without you around. I end up getting into fight and getting myself kicked out of places. No one gets me besides you. Now, whoâs Godric? He better not be your replacement best friend. I will flip shitâŠ
"Well I'm not leaving here, it's a good group of wonderful people and I suppose you'll have to stick around." Danny stated and smirked to his best friend. "I'm not surprised. You've always been difficult to get along with, but no worries; I'll keep you in check." He mused to Jackson and sighed, figuring this conversation would come up soon enough. "Not a best friend, but a chance at an actual relationship, that is what he is." He paused and looked to Jackson. "Please don't fuck this up for me, he's been here for me while you weren't. So you do owe him, plus he's a great guy." Danny told Jackson.
Första Dagen/ First Date II Godric & Danny
Godric chuckled at Dannyâs weary look back at the horse. âIt wasnât that bad was it?â he asked, tilting his head to the side slightly with a smirk gracing his features. Danny was so adorable when he smiled, his dimples shining for all to see. âIâm glad you think of me in such high regard, Danny.â he says with a smile, he would be blushing if he could. âI agree, life is short. You never truly know when tomorrow will never come. Carpe Diem, Seize the dayâŠor what is it you all say these days? YOLO?â he asked with a chuckle, he wasnât really up with the times when it came to modern phrases and terminology. He grinned at him, taking his hand in his âWell then, letâs not keep you waiting.â
Godric lead Danny down a little path leading beneath the waterfall to a little cave illuminated by candlelight and the sun shining in from the entrance of the cave through the waterfall. It was still strange being able to walk around in the sun but he thanked Klaus and his witches every chance he got to be able to feel itâs rays on his skin again without fear of burning. Sitting on the blanket he pulled Danny down beside him with a smile. âI have to admit, I had a bit of help for this outing.â he says with an embarrassed smile âI am still learning the area and Niklaus told me of this place. I had to come see it for myself and thought it would be a beautiful place to take you on a date, min sota.â
Danny nodded enthusiastically and offer a small smile. "It's wasn't so bad cause you were there with me, but I'm not gonna go hopping on it's back for a little trot under the field." He offered with a sarcastic toned and shrugged. "Maybe I need time to get used to it." He sighed. "Can you blame me Godric?" He asked and cocked his head. "Some how a timeless figure has seen more in me than anyone else he's ever met in his two thousand years of existence. That's a huge compliment, as far as I'm concerned." He chuckled and shook his head. "Shush you before I loss all my love for you." He threatened and sighed. "Please don't use words like 'yolo'. The idea behind the phrase and the way it's evolved is horrid." He reasoned and shook his head.
Danny followed the man, taking his time to take in everything and gasp as they entered in waterfall. He marveled in the sight of the cave, illuminated by the candle light, so painfully romantic Danny felt his heart soar with good feelings. "Help or no help, I need a name to deliver a gift basket or something." Danny mumbled and shook his head to get out of his daze. "This is beautiful Godric. Thank you so much for sharing it with me. I kinda feel like the luckiest guy on this earth right now." He smiled and looked down as he was blushing. "You're doing a good job at securing my heart, just so you know." He mumbled, even more embarrassed.
