A MESSAGE FROM SOPHIE....

Last week you may have seen that we posted about Chris's other half Sophie, and the terrible news of Sophie's sister Rachael recently passing away. Thank you for all the kind comments and response we have received - They were all passed on to Sophie and her family and she has this message: On behalf of myself, mum, dad and the rest of our family we would like to share the most heartfelt thank you to all of you who have sent us love and overwhelming support during this dark time. Also, we could not be more grateful to those of you who have generously donated to Rachael's chosen charities (The BDD Foundation - The Body Dysmorphic Disorder Foundation and Suffolk Mind). So far you have helped raise above £3,000 in just under 2 weeks of Rachael's page being live which is incredible and something which Rach would be so proud of. We have been made aware by Hunnaball's that Rach's tribute page will remain open between 4-6 weeks following her service (Wednesday 30th June). We will keep you updated with when the page has reached its timeframe and how much has been raised for both charities. A MESSAGE FROM CHRIS....

I wanted to share this with you to help raise awareness and also because so many of you know my other half Sophie x It is with extreme sadness that Sophie's sister Rachael recently passed away after a long battle with her mental health. Rachael's ask and wish was for Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) and mental health in general to become less taboo and spoken about more. Rachael wrote that a person's mental health should always come first, no matter what and that this was her dream.Therefore on behalf of Rach, we are raising money for both The BDD Foundation - The Body Dysmorphic Disorder Foundation and Suffolk Mind and in conjunction with Hunnaball's we have set up a tribute page to Rach where visitors can choose to donate to either charity (or both) but can also share their own stories, photographs and memories too. We would like to request your support to help us help other young adults like Rachael and their families too. Thank you to everyone for the amount of love and support that has already been shown to Sophie and her family - I am passing on all comments and wishes but we do request privacy during this difficult time. We were all so disappointed that Sunday's gig was cancelled, however we are extremely excited to announce that we have been booked to play Sizewell Sports & Social Club next Saturday (12th June). Our first show back since August! We will be performing live on the venues outside stage from 4pm till 7pm. Outside bar available / Restaurant open from 5pm. Free Entry, everyone welcome.

GIG CANCELLATION

We are absolutely gutted to confirm that Sunday's show at The Swan Motel in Gillingham, Beccles has been cancelled. Unfortunately due to added restrictions from the local council, this has added great difficulties and has resulted in it not being viable for Sunday's gig to go ahead with these restrictions in place - We were so looking forward to playing for you all again and are gutted for the venue 🙁 We will be scheduling an updated gig list very soon as we finalise a few more bookings, but please stay safe and we hope to see you all again soon! We're very pleased to announced that we have been confirmed to play at this years WisBech Rock Festival on Sunday 8th August. This will be the first time we have ever performed at this festival which is a FREE event in Wisbech Park running from 11.00am until 8.00pm. To add the cherry on top, Slade have been confirmed as this years headliners!

Some of you may have seen the recent news that James has been chosen as one of the Guitarists to play for Chez Kane Music. We've known about Chez and her incredible voice for a while now having played with her other band Kane'd at Hard Rock Hell a few years ago, and we're thrilled for James to have the opportunity to play for Chez' band. If you haven't done so already, head over to her page, listen to her music and order her debut album - The record is charting all over the globe so we're sure you'll like it! Finally, we've had a few people ask various questions and we can confirm that James will be playing in Walkway alongside Chez, so he isn't going anywere!
