Wow. I haven’t been on this site for probably 10+ months now and looking at my previous posts; where I was at that time of my life, and where I am now is incredible. I don’t feel like I have progressed, or become better but man, my head space is completely different and I could not be more happy or proud of myself and to be able to say that when I have never EVER been proud of myself, is amazing. I wrote myself a message years ago on here saying “you’ll get through this. I promise” As a 17 year old with a broken heart, severe anxiety and not knowing what I was doing or where I was going, to now being 21 in a months time, with a full heart, conquering stress on a daily basis, holding a degree and soon to have another one.. now that’s something pretty special and God damn I am over the moon. My promise to myself has been kept. 

To anyone reading this, to anyone going through absolutely ANYTHING in their life that you don’t think you’ll be able to get through. You can, and you will. I promise.
