Nothing beats golden hour walking from East Prawle, Devon to Salcombe and back along the south west coast path.

Stopped off for an amazing Ploughman's lunch in The Gara Rock Hotel with one of the best ciders I've ever had.

Need to squeeze a few more of these in before summer ends.

- FISTRAL BEACH -

Bodyboarding till the sun goes down at Fistral beach, Newquay.

It pays to shop around in Newquay. While everywhere was selling boards for £35+, I picked up another new board from Saltrock for £17.50. I then bought a new, more robust leash for £10 from one of the other surf shops.

I love the fact that we can come back over the weekends to hang out and have fun.

Also I seriously reccomend Seaspray for food at the end of Fistral beach. The food is so good with great views over the beach.

• SHIPWRECK •

The storm tore through the night, and by dawn, the Wreck of The Sea Mack was nothing but splintered wood and twisted metal on the rocks. Locals say you can still hear the echoes of the crew’s cries when the wind howls just right—or maybe it’s just the gulls, laughing at another tragedy swallowed by the sea.

💙 Vitamin Sea 🌊

My happy place, by the sea. A place where you can really switch off, listen to the sounds around you and relax.

Spent the day hanging out down the Jurassic Coast with swimming at Lulworth Cove and hiking over Mupe Bay and Fossil Forest. Its mad how busy this place gets now.
