Shadow couldn’t help but smile, peppering Akito’s face with soft kisses and holding him close. She’d missed him so much, it felt so good to be back with him again. 

“It was alright, I can’t complain. I’m perfectly alright, just being with you is all I need right now. I’m a little tired, but nothing I can’t handle.” She replied, a soft chuckle leaving her in the process. 

“I missed you, it’s good to be back.”

Shadow smiled warmly at that and opened her arms for the Sohma's godly going man.

"Gladly, love. I'll hold you whenever you want." The words were gladly spoken, she had absolutely no complaints about getting to be close to the person she loved so much.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know that I’m alive and well. The surgery went really well without any complications and I’m not having any pain except for minor aches. I’ve been sleeping for most of the day ever since I got home, and will probably go back to sleep after this post.

Going On Semi-Hiatus for a bit--

Hey everyone! First of all, thank you guys for all of the new followers and mutuals that I’ve been blessed with recently, along with the awesome interactions!

Due to the fact that I am having surgery tomorrow morning, I may be a bit sluggish over the next few days/weeks while I’m first healing and doped up on painkillers. As a result, replies may be slower than normal, but no need to worry, I will still be here, I’ll just be slow! This also applies to all of my other blogs and I will be reblogging this on all of them as well. That being said, especially for new mutuals/followers, feel free to toss your muses at mine in the meantime! I love getting random starters, asks, memes, etc. so feel free to interact still, it might just take me a while to answer!

I can assure you that I have no intention of doing such a thing, I’m simply sticking around because at the moment he seems to want me by his side, I know that he belongs to the members of the Zodiac first and foremost, I have no say in that….I’m only there for emotional support, nothing more.” 

She knew what it was like to feel replaced, better than most in fact, and as a result she understood his hatred of her. She would likely feel the same if she was in his shoes. 

“I’m not taking Akito away from you, nor will I ever try to. I’m simply just a temporary pet for him to play with, I hold no hostility towards you. I simply wanted to clear that up so that I could try and understand your hatred for me, that’s all.”

“…At least you understand. Akito doesn’t need half-hearted people like you and Kureno, who only follow his every whim like a bunch of soldiers. He needs someone to challenge him, someone who can be on equal footing with him. Just letting him get his way solves nothing.”

He leaned in a little, eyes narrowing as he sneered.

“And you can’t do that. It makes me sick looking at either one of you, so do me a favor and get out of my house.”

“Hmm, you’re cute when you’re jealous. Oh and by the way, my loyalty to Akito isn’t half-hearted, I love him fully heart and soul. I do what he asks to see him smile and make sure he’s happy, nothing more and nothing less. Who do you think sneaks him out to amusement parks whenever we get the chance?” 

Though she respected his space, turning and beginning to walk away, pausing for a brief moment to look at Shigure over her shoulder. 

“And by the way, the only half-hearted one I see right now is you. So don’t project your own insecurities onto me, if you want me gone then talk to Akito about it, because as of right now you’re not getting rid of me unless Akito wants me to go.”

“It’s come to my attention that you seem to have an issue with me being so close to Akito. I’d like to discuss this with you and try to make amends since…You’ve never even met me before and I don’t wish any ill will upon you.” The woman eyed him cautiously, blinking a little and shifting her weight slightly. 

“I don’t want there to be any ill will between us.”

“You’re right. I hate you,” he responded right away, closing his eyes a moment as he contemplated what to say. “I hate you a lot. And once Akito decides to be rid of you, he’ll come crawling back to me, like he always does. All I have to do is wait~”

“I am yours....Yours alone, forever and always...” She repeated again, however the sounds of his panting and the motions of his thrusts had finally driven her over the edge, walls convulsing and tightening around him, back arching as she moaned his name aloud. 

Arms tightened around his shoulders, legs moving to push him as deeply within her as he could possibly go, holding him close as her body trembled under Akito’s movements, the pleasure seeming only to increase from there.

“Oh–” Shadow blinked slightly for a brief moment, though she soon relaxed and allowed Akito to rest against her, one hand moving gently up to rest upon his hair, fingers stroking softly through it as she gave a gentle hum. 

“I know, it’s hard being sick. But at least now you have me to keep you company…Do you want to play some board games or perhaps watch a movie or something? Just something to take your mind off of it all for a little while?” 

He honestly wasn’t sure he had the attention span or strength for either of those things. “…I just want to lay in your lap.” He spoke with authority, but it softened after a moment.

She was quite possibly the only person that he would ask.

“Is it okay?”

She had no idea how much she had God wrapped around her fingers.

Did he just....Ask her if it was okay to lie upon her lap? That was absolutely a first as well as a surprise, but Shadow didn’t mind it, blinking for a moment before she gave a gentle nod. 

“Of course it is, Akito....If it’ll help you feel better, then I’m happy to let you lay on me.” She replied softly, one hand still stroking tenderly through his hair in the process, a gentle hum leaving her. 

“Do you need anything before you lie down? Any water or some warm soup?”

“Ah--Akito...” Those teeth on her neck managed to draw another moan from her throat, though she gently pulled him up just enough to slam her lips against his own, kissing him hard. 

“Yes, I belong to you....I love you and you alone....I am yours forever.” She responded, legs pulling him closer, pushing him deeper, arms pulling his body as close to hers as she could.

He was being so rough, she’d never seen Akito this worked up before. The relentless pace, her nails creating scratches upon his soft skin, one hand moving up to rest upon the back of his head as he pounded into her. 

Legs wrapping around Akito’s waist, Shadow’s head falling back slightly and back arching as she let out a moan. It was different, but she definitely wasn’t complaining, this new roughness was far from unpleasant and her legs tightened around his waist, walls clenching around him the rougher he became.
