The idea was to take the classic Rider-Waite tarot deck of 78 cards and create a photographic version of each card using settings and objects in the vibrant ghetto of Haiti.

As Smeets says, “The spirit of the Ghetto Tarot project is the inspiration to turn negative into positive while playing. The group of artists ‘Atiz Rezistans’ use trash to create art with their own visions that are a reflection of the beauty they see hidden within the waste. The Tarot Card reader turned over the Future path card of my reading

I smiled nervously, this was my first reading but I'm pretty sure I'd never heard of this card.

"Is the 'Fuck Your Entire Life' card bad?" I asked

Now it was the fortune teller's turn to smile, wrinkles etched into their face ensuring that the smile reached their eyes.

"No, but a lot of people think that for some reason. Oddly enough it normally means you're thinking of getting a pet"

okay i'm sorry but this was exactly a week ago and i got almost the exact same three cards today (different order tho)??!!?! Tarot is too spooky... but my assignment did go well last week via not taking it too seriously, perhaps the upright page of pentacles today signals taking it a little more seriously today but still doing well 🙏🏼

It was weird to me to get all reversed cards and all major arcana this morning, plus all three of these have been coming up with some frequency lately. I took it to be an exhortation to be in the event, not observing it; to stay grounded in reality and implementation; and to do actions rather than perform them. I do feel like this is a week of Big Energies so maybe the majors are warranted??

Caution, don't neglect your intuition and spiritual development; advice, balance moving forward intellectually with moving forward emotionally (these cards both demanded to be pulled and then it was quite clear why both were needed, lol).
