⢠1 tbsp cocoa powder (10 calories)

I made it to 118! that means I'm officially underweight! I've lost almost 20lbs since July!
My mind: starving yourself will never be the answer because the moment you eat normally you gain 100 lbs and your bone structure wonāt even allow you to look like thinspo and ur eating disorder is pushing away literally everyone u care about and it-

ahahaha thanksgiving weekend really got me.
I know I was eating well over 2000 calories on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. today, I bet I ate close to that but not over.
On Thuraday, I was 124.4lbs. On Friday, I weighed myself after lunch and still only weighed 123.5. On Saturday at the end of the day I weighed 125.5. All bad weights considering I weighed 120 a couple weeks ago.
I've sorta let myself go but have been calling it semi-recovery. It's frustrating and I don't like it. I get into this cycle of "it's okay, I'm 17. I'm a teenager I need to live my life like one" and I'll eat what I want with my friends, I'll go out with them no biggie and not care too much about the calories and all the food I'm eating. But then I'll get home and take my clothes off and feel disgusting. Then I'll restrict but then they want to hang out again. And all they want to do is spend money and eat.
My ED is mad at me too, because I used to restrict to under 800 calories (preferred under 500), but now I restrict to under 1000-1200 calories. It's still a very small amount of calories but I don't think it's small enough. MyFitnessPal says I'll lose about a pound a week but I'm like ehhh I want more.
I wish I could do low restriction again, but I keep making excuses. I have to eat something with a coffee in the morning or else I fall asleep in class. If I don't have a snack in 5th period I get too hungry. If I don't eat lunch I get tired in my last classes. If I don't eat a snack after school I can't do my homework. I have to eat dinner bc my mom pays attention to that. On and on and on.
but now that I think about it, I might be able to get away with a couple things. maybe I just don't eat my lunch and I save that for my after school snack? that's an easy 100-200 calories avoided right there. or maybe, since I usually bring two things in my lunch, I eat the easy one during 5th period, and the other one as my after school snack. I can even skip 5th period snack altogether! I'm usually the first one to the classroom, which is why I can eat there without panicking. But if I go to the bathroom during passing period, other people will be there and I won't be able to eat. that might work.
ugh. this is highkey disordered but fuck it.
I'll lose as much as I can before Christmas and over winter break. Depending on those results I'll try to lose more during January. If I'm satisfied, I might try to see what will happen if I eat normally for the new year. I'll make 2000 calorie meal plans and see what my weight does.
anyway, I'm sick of trying to make friends at my new school. everybody here sucks anyway. the one friend I thought I would really like is a selfish bitch. she was supposed to drive home this one girl we were hanging out with and she bailed on her just because she went ahead of us and opened the door for us while we were throwing things away. she claimed that we didn't wait for her after all she's done for us. we were literally right next to her still. the other girl was just being nice. she's manipulative. also I've driven her EVERYWHERE. the amount of gas I waste on her. and she wants me to pay for every meal because she says she'll eventually buy my food, but never does! and she's the one that actually has a job!!!!! and I try to talk to her and she never listens. never. she'll tell me the same story twice In a day bc she forgot she told me, but then will interrupt my stories because she just wants to bring the conversation back to her. she also treats me like I'm stupid and weak and an idiot bc I'm not as outgoing as her, but I actually do my homework and have decent grades in all my classes. she also tries to bash liberals for being stupid but I ask what makes them stupid and she can't come up with anything that makes sense or is correct? she says she's a republican and just knows democrats are stupid bc her dad says so. but she won't let me explain any political stuff to her either, like okay go off ig. not like I had to do research projects last year on all the issues you know nothing about or anything. SMH.

A low cal hotĀ chocolateĀ recipe for the holiday season
Ingredients
Chocolate syrup 1 tablespoon or tbs- 50 calĀ
¾ cup of milk- This depends on the type of milk you use.
I suggest you use a small mug to make it look like there is more hot cocoa
Zero calorie flavorings to addĀ
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Pumpkin Spice
Directions
Measure 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup (pour into the mug)
Measure ¾ cup of milk then pour into jar or cup with a lidĀ
Put a lid on milk tight.Ā
Shake for 30-60 seconds to make frothy
Put jar with milk in it directly into the microwave for 30-60 seconds ( take the lidĀ off)
Shake for 30-60 secondsĀ
(Add any other flavorings to chocolateĀ and mix in)
Pour milk into the mug with chocolateĀ syrup. Mix till noĀ syrup is on the spoon when you scoop from the bottom
