Iāve recently let myself go in the last two months and gained about six pounds.
right when I was at my peakkk of already steady losing weight with keto dieting, water fasting and exercise. I was 160lbs, today I am at 126lbs but itās still disappointing to think how much farther I could of gotten if I followed through and didnāt stop for no real reason.
I had a fallingā but tomorrow brings change.
