Stimtastic Glitter Wands!
~ LOW CAL | French Toast Recipe ~
Time needed: 15 minutes
Calories: 220 calories
What you need:
~ 1 slice of protein bread or toast
~ 1 eggwhite
~ 1 egg
~ 2 tbsp almond, soy or lowfat milk
~ 1 tsp sugar
~ Cinnamon
How to:
1. Put the egg white and the egg into a bowl and mix very well, then add the cinnamon, sugar and milk and stirr again.
2. Spray a pan with non-stick spray or use a bit of oil (+10-15cal)
3. Put the bread into the mix and make sure it is well covered.
4. Fry them in the pan until they are golden-brown on each side. Then fry the leftover mix like scrambled eggs and put it on top.
Tip: This is a great recipe to experiment with. You can use orange juice instead of milk or only use two eggwhites. You can also put whatever topings you like on top like jam, berries or other fruits!
Serving idea: Add diced apples to the mix and a bit more cinnamon and fry them with the egg mix to make it taste like apple pie!
Bon Appétit! ♥
oh,hi !! this is my first time when i ask for recipe,i'm bit excited >×< so,i really like eggs and kinda bored just to fry them with bacon every time ufter college, can u please suggest anything tasty and simple to cook ?
There are a lot of things you can do with eggs!
For example you can make an omelette, and add things such as spinach, mushrooms, tomatos, bell pepper, cucumber, cheese, bacon, really whatever you like. I have a recipe fo a Spinach Omelette here!
You can make scrambled eggs and again, add whatever you like!.
Or, if you feel a little motivated, you can make french toast! It can be sweet, but it doesn’t have to be if you leave the sugar/sweetener out. If you make it savory you can put bacon or cheese on top. A recipe for that is here!
I hope you like those! ♥
