The Parasitic Connection - between living and working space and site The parasitic connection between my site and the living and working space is achieved through the reflections which the 8 walls produce. The living and working space has been positioned in the site and designed with 8 walls so that each reflects an area of the lane way which consists of a red surface, object or aspect.  This enables the site to be a part of the structure through reflection

Proposed Design 8 sided room.  like a little hut.  internally, the living and working space consists of - a bed - a desk - a chair External walls will be constructed form a reflective surface, internal walls will be white, the roof will be 2 way mirror, internally it is possible to see out,

MOVEMENT PATTERNS cars, people, rubbish diagraming the movement and direction people, objects rubbish seemed to always move towards.  confirming the central point or core of the lane way. majority of red items also belong in this space. (the end of the driveway, the end of the skinny section of the lane)

From my photographs of red objects i have constructed a collage, grouping the various objects. Realisation Thinking it was just luck that Corrs lane consisted of so much red I came to the realisation that because I am becoming familiar to the prevalence of red in Anish Kapoor's work it has made me search for the colour. I have been hunting red in Corrs Lane way without even knowing.
