So, I'm working on getting my confidence back. Right now I feel like I'm a completely different person than I was a few years ago. I guess that's a possibility when what you thought would be your career is taken from you (medical discharge from the USMC), then things were looking up for a while with getting married to an amazing man and getting what most would consider a dream job...then we lost our baby a few months ago and I have had a hell of a time getting through this. Work became unbearable and then the husband and i had a rough patch. All that is understandable considering i was grieving my baby. But, it's been months now and I finally feel like I'm getting my confidence back. I've lost about 20 pounds and work is going well again. Hubs and I are trying again for a baby. I wish I had the confidence I had when I was active duty. God, I miss the Marine Corps.
