I put the rice in my taco bowls for tonight's dinner. Watching game 6 and drinking Magic Hat Wooly ESB.

Cooking Tips: A friend, who spent some time in the Philippines, showed me a great way to cook rice. Step 1: Put the desired amount of rice into the sauce pan. Step 2: Place the tip of your thumb on the top of the rice, and cover with water until the water hight reaches the knuckle on your thumb. Step 3: bring to a boil and simmer until the water cooks off. Stir as necessary. Perfect rice every time!
