Last post

so this is it, my final post. I’ve deleted everything else on my blog, reverted to a very basic theme, and have removed all pictures from my blog.

I literally have no one else to tell I relapsed after 3 months and cut again and now I have a giant gauze bandaid on my arm and I don't know how to tell my therapist and boyfriend because they will be so disappointed in me, I'm losing it

Hey listen I’m sorry I haven’t been on here in a long time but I’m here now. 

So you relapsed. We all do, relapsing is part of recovery - no one stops an addiction in one try. You have to keep trying to get better though, because the only way you’ll lose this fight is if you give up. You can do this, my friend. Your therapist and boyfriend may be disappointed to hear this, but not with you and they certainly won’t blame you. They care about you deeply and will want to help when they know you’re struggling again.
