“keep that a secret?” he questions in disbelief, shaking his head simultaneously. understandably, jeff thought it was cool ; how many people could say they had the ability to go up the wall like gus had done? very few - if any at all - which made it even more impressive. “listen, dude, of course i won’t tell anyone since you don’t want me to, but damn! that’s fucking awesome.” jeff was almost jealous - all he could do is hit a few home runs and bounce those plastic ping - pong balls into cups of beer.

it starts as a normal conversation, some pressing topic that held no real importance to the rest of the world but ate away at the conscious mind of the jock. his hands stuff into his letterman jacket, distracted by the voice of the other as his gaze flicks to his company. his feet still at the sight, mouth dropping open slightly in blissful ignorance. the pause doesn’t last long at all.

“dude, you never told me you were a gymnast!”

now that, now that comment is what really saved his entire ass. he dropped to the floor easily onto his feet, as laughter fell out of his lips. he brought his hand to his mouth wiping at it nodding his head. “bro..” he trailed off staring at him. “..you got me..” he pointed at him. he leaned against the wall now mainly, he swear he felt his own heart beating out of his chest. “i am..a gymnast..don’t tell anyone.” he cleared his throat. “it’s my...guilty...pleasure...?”
