Possessive/obsessive Wesker x Reader headcanon

CW: manipulation, kinda a little bit stalking

He would never admit it, but Wesker finds your presence quite...soothing. It's why he not so subtly convinces you to quit your job so you can lounge around his home office while he's working there, a corner of the room set up for you to get nice and cozy in. He wants you as a pet not just in subservience, but in company; your only purpose is to sit there and look cute for him. If he can't work from home he still gets to watch his precious pet around the house, having security spying cameras in every room so he can keep an eye on you. He swears it's for your safety, but in reality it's just because he feels better knowing your whereabouts at all times. So your presence, even via a monitor, is enough to ease his nerves and keep him focused when away from you.
