It’s annoying. I’m done with the nicknames. Everyone around calls me Little karev. That crappy pick up line worked for me more than once but here we go. Aren’t you the guy who’s supposed to buy me a drink? That’s the best one. You get a guy and a free drink. Now you were supposed to say that I am not that bad. I can try to talk her out of it if you want.

 To be fair, we all have nicknames here. Could be worse. You could be known as Medusa, Satan, or The Nazi. I've not gotten a nickname yet, thank god. Was the dude insanely drunk when you used that line, or did he do it out of fear of your brother? Not gonna lie, that's a pretty solid line.  You're a Karev, you should be thankful i'm taking time out of my day to talk to you. Probably a wise idea.

I can do amazing pick up lines. I’m ususally the one who’s flirted on but I would totally get you with my pick up lines if I wanted to. Are you trying to hurt my feelings now Mr. Hero Hair? Wait Alex almost punched you twice?

Sure you can. Show me what you got, Little Karev. Nah, just saying the truth. You're a handful. Yeah, basically. He punched the wall when we first met me, and then Jo made us go out for drinks to attempt to bond and let's just say it didn't go well.

They are really bad pick up lines. Not even the nurses are that desperate. Don’t get me wrong, You have a nice face and everything. But the pick up lines… they ruin it. He’s great you two will get along well… I hope. He almost punched him. Twice. But he’s trying to live with it now.

"I am not easy, Mister." Kristen protested as she wrapped her arms around his neck and edged closer to him, deepening the kiss. "I could totally make you beg for mercy…" Kristen muttered as she pulled him closer.

"Really." He smirked, nodding a bit.

"You so are. You're going down, Shpeherd." He teased as he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him, letting his hands move up and cuff her cheeks. "I'd like he see you try." He murmured.

Jo and I? Yeah. I was like her only friend growing up. Your brother and I? Nope. We tried going out to drinks, but we basically just sat and glared at each other the whole time. I don't mind the nosey ones. It's the flirty ones that aren't fun to handle.

"Well, I don’t know…What if she’s into girls?" Kristen teased and smiled sweetly at Wes.

"Well, you’re doing a good job." Kristen looked up at Wesley before she wrapped her arms around his neck. "I’ll still kick your ass when I’m back to work though." She laughed a little as she pressed her lips to his.

"Hot." Wesley smirked, winking at her.

"I'd like to see you try and kick my ass. You're probably going to choose something safe like plastics or some shit like that. The easy specialties." He teased, pressing his lips to hers.

"Maybe we’ll get a chick." Kristen laughed and shook her head a little.

Kristen shrugged a little and pursed her lips, “I just…I miss you. I miss hanging out with you and just being close to you. It just sucks that I’m home all the time, and you’re almost always tired when you get home, and we never have time anymore.” Kristen took a deep breath and looked down, “If you’re tired, you should sleep.”

"We better, because I don't want to deal with another creepy dude." Wesley mumbled, looking down.

"I'm sleepy, but i'm not tired. I can afford to miss a little sleep to spend time with you. Just think of how much we'll see each other when you get back to work. We'll be one of those power couples, like Robbins and Torres, or your uncle and Grey, or some other couple. I dunno. I'm trying to make you feel better."

I was sixteen, and I had no health insurance. I couldn’t afford an abortion, let alone a kid. For a while, I wanted to pretend it wasn’t happening, I guess. I didn’t know what to do. And then- I miscarried, and it was easier to pretend it hadn’t happened at all.

Kristen sighed softly as he kissed her back, holding onto him before she momentarily rested her forehead against his. “Are you tired?” She asked quietly, a little breathless as she pressed her lips softly to his and looked up at him.

"If you say so, but if it doesn't work any then you're going back. We can just get you a less creepy PT dude, or maybe we'll get a chick."

Wesley moved his hand so it rested on her hip and looked into her eyes, pulling back a little as she spoke, "A little. Nothing coffee can't fix. Why?" He asked, tilting his head.

Kristen yelped a little when Wesley picked her up, then laughed, “Oh, my hero.” She laughed as she wrapped her arm around his neck and pressed her lips to his, “God, I missed you, today.”

"You can hardly walk. You can't just stop going now." 

Wesley smirked a bit as he carried her over to the couch, "Damn right I am." He returned the kiss eagerly and shook his head, "I missed you too."
