We all have left a glass sitting in a out of site place and found it with hard water scale dried in the bottom.

To remove this hard water scale from the bottom of a drinking glass, fill above the scale line with pure vinegar and let sit until the glass is clean and clear. Dispose of vinegar, wash glass with regular soap and water and it will be like new.
