New Year

I’m excited about 2018 being just around the corner. I always love the feeling of a fresh New Year ahead.

It has that feeling of when you turn the page in your journal to a crisp, clean, empty page just waiting to be written on.

2017 has been a rough year and I won’t be sad to see it go.

However, the amazing thing about it is that for each negative that has taken place, there has been a multitude of riches discovered along the way. Some real life changing, eye opening moments. It’s been a year of change, of slowing down, of confirming life priorities, of growth, of new beginnings and of re-connecting with myself.

I’m grateful for the beauty of life that rises up from the ashes.

Here’s to 2018. May it be a year full of good things yet to be discovered.
