I’m brand new to chicken keeping. I just wanted to share pictures of my cute chickens with everyone.

One of the babies I hand fed laid her first egg today! It’s the tiny one lol next to a normal egg for reference

This guy hatched out from a Hawaii feral rooster x barred rock from our neighbor that free ranges across the street. We watched him grow up.

He decided our flock of feral chickens is now HIS flock. He nests in our trees and hangs out at our house all day.

He also really likes to crow at 3 am 🥱

Everyone assured me I had 3 hens. Turns out one was a rooster. while we are legally allowed to have a rooster, out of respect for our neighbors, we don’t.

He was rehomed last week 😭
