Sonic simply gazed down at the cat. Seemed just like a regular old cat, which was probably normal for the regular person’s standards but not to Sonic. Still, it posed a question, so it was best to answer it before it tried to claw at his face or something. His usual quip should suffice as an answer for the feline.

        A huff escaped Grey’s lips as he led Millie up to the school doors,     clutching her hand tightly while opening up the door for her. He shot her     a charming smile as she entered with Grey in tow.

          His thoughts suddenly shifted to Silvia. Oh how he missed her deeply      but he had Millie now. He should be happy, right?        Right?

                       ❝ Sorry Mill. Just got lost in thought for a moment. ❞

           He replied when his girlfriend asked if he was okay. Grey put a smile on       his lips to reassure her that he was alright. It was hard not to think about       Silvia after she graduated and left Grey on his own but he kept going       and held tightly onto Millie’s hand as he did.
