“It’s not that big of a deal. Okay, it is. They’re gonna piss lava everywhere. But It’s not the end of the world.” He seemed to be recovering just fine, though he was going to have a lot of trouble eating. He was defintiely going to need some care in the next few days, probably the closest town’s dentist. He had thought it would wait before; but knowing that this kid had such rich parents, he doubted it.

He was going to have to do so much paperwork.

“You’re lucky you didn’t bust your lip too.” He warned, wiping away another streak of blood with his thum as he walked, glancing into his eyes. His lips curled into a line, not really trying to snuggle with anyone at this particular moment in time. But he guessed. “Maybe tonight. Are you seriously tired right now?” He decided it was just faster to scoop him up despite his protests, the cabin finally coming into view.

"Lava?? .... Whoa." He scrunched up his face when Liam's thumb swiped up the blood and he shrugged his shoulders around looking off and away. "Yeah I know, that would hurt a lot more... At least I didn't shatter my tooth... it just came right out."

Frowning as he was lifted he puffed his cheeks indignantly. "I can waaaalllkkk." He whined. "And-and I'm not super tired right now, but tonight." He shrugged again, snuggling against Liam, the warmth nice, though he felt slightly belittled with the older teen treating him like a little kid.

"You can only carry me this once... Cause I said so." He frowned, looking away and smiling as he could see the cabins.

Liam seemed content now that he was reacting much better, knowing he wasn’t going to have some kind of panic attack. That was good, at least. “That’s pretty old there, Whispy. You’re a weird one.” He murmured, straightening up again.

“Something like that.” He agreed in regards to his booze comment, glad that he was listening at least. The nurse on sight could look at him, though he’d probably just have to tough it out until he went home. He seeemed to be handling the stress well now, now that he had been comforted.

“Not so fast. “he warned, taking him by his weird little twelve year old hands, turning towards the camp again. “Satan’s never going to stop giving you shit about this, you know that, right?” He joked, taking tentative steps back where they came from 

Kalle happily took the hand he was given, smiling brightly before shaking his head and puffing his cheeks. "I'm a big man you know, I can walk a-alone... Sorry I fell like that." Frowning at himself for being dumb. Way to look like just a stupid baby kid. He scolded himself.

"It's a battle scar." He chuckled, glancing over to a figure in the distance he was sure only he could see. "Mmmh... Lets go back to the cabin, yeah? ... Can I sleep with you?"

He stopped in his trot, realizing the other boy was shaking, obviously in more shock from the trauma than he had expected. The nerve should be at least dead, and holy shit - no, no the entire tooth was just gone. He sighed again, getting down on his crouched knees, pulling Whispy onto a nearby stump, and making him sit still.

He had expected him to make it back to camp at least, but he was younger than many of the other boys, and likely unaccustomed to pain. “Open wide.” He said clinically, trying to make sure he stayed calm. He let his finger slide between his lips, lifting the top of his jaw open just enough to look at it, a fuck escpaing him as he saw the blood. He opened up the pack at his side, digging around, not having any oragel, or numbing agent with him. Instead, he pulled out a tiny vial of vodka he’d been sipping out of, knowing it would work for his purpose. He didn’t want rubbing alchohol in the other boy’s mouth.

He found a cotton ball, soaking it. “This is my good booze kid.” He chided, gingerly pressing the ball to the gap, guessing it was the best he could do for now. “Be careful, and hold it there.” It wasn’t the best choice for this situation, but it was all he had. If he could jsut stop the bleeding.

“And don’t throw up, you’re fine. Heh. You’re a little man now.” He stroked his back roughly, as if to liven him up.

"Mm-hm." He nodded and smiled, revealing the new gap. "It-it was loose anyway..." Cringing at the taste of the cotton ball.

"Booze?... Grown up drinks?" He nodded to him vigorously after he was told to hold it there and did just that. The vomit feeling subsiding as he was catching his breath, he'd never had the wind knocked out of him before - it was a new experience, and an incredibly awful one at that.

"Okay! Yeah! I'm okay!" He chimed, jumping up and dizzying himself slightly. "Mmm, I'm a big man." He smiled to himself, still holding the funny tasting cotton ball.

Liam’s ears perked up in alarm as he heard the other boy, swearing under his breath and going forth to check on him. Of course, there he was, managing in about two seconds to knock his fucking teeth out. Liam reacted quickly, reaching down and using a portion of his shirt to wipe off his lips, trying to check for damage. Damn.

He pulled him up and close to him, letting him cling to his midsection, inwardly groaning. Fucking kids, they were so annoying. He let a hand pat his blond hair comfortingly, deciding to go find the camp, it wasn’t far. “You’re going to be okay, alright.” He said calmly, though his heart was racing. He checked periodically in his walk to make sure he wasn’t getting any worse, shaking his head.

He wanted to look brave in front of Liam, but he felt like he was going to throw up, and he had a hard time walking in a straight line as he hadn't managed to quite fix his breathing, he just wanted to sit down.

And maybe vomit.

"I think..." He huffed, trying to breath right, and trying simultaneously not to cry as his body was still in shock. "...I smashed my tooth out..." He frowned, lifting his lips from his teeth and showing how they were covered in blood, his white shirt stained as he brought it to his mouth.

“Ugh, fine.” He muttered managing to slip him off, letting him back onto the ground, short red hair falling into his eyes. “Don’t get hurt, too much paperwork.” He watched him scurry away, making sure to keep up with him, patting his pocket ot make sure his knife was still there. Holy shit, it could be anything that kid was chasing.

Between his squirming he nearly kicked Liam straight in the face but had manged to avoid it, quickly running off after the ghosts trail, it left a blue afterglow as it moved quickly. "Hey I'm not gonna hurt y-!!"

Catching himself over a three foot cliff he fell straight down, a branch catching him by the stomach and the air was knocked out of him right away, his mouth smashing into another branch nearly at the same time and blood dripped down his chin, eyes wide as he gave labored breaths, trying to force himself to breathe again.

"Ah... m-mister..." He heaved an exhale out. "ow."

“Hmmn, I guess.” He honestly didn’t care for them much either, but he  thought it was kind of a given thing with little kids, he guessed not.

He seemed unconvinced, feeling Whispy shift and point. “I don’t …see, anything.” He said, moving forward cautiously, making sure the other boy didn’t fall. “Hold on, shit.” He was speeding up a bit, still trying to keep Whispy on his shoulders.

"Missster Liiiam, you're going the wrong way." He whined. "Hey hey, set me down it's getting away!" Squirming on his shoulders he watched as the little ghost bounded nearly out of sight, lips pressing together unhappily.

Liam smirked to himself, not really minding the other, smaller boy being up there. He was definitely cute enough to escape his usual irritations, at least for the moment. “Well, yeah, that’s kind of where they live.” He snorted, wondering what the hell kind of trap to even set. Did you need to buy one? He’d have to google it in the mess hall later, he supposed.

They just might not be able to catch a rabbit, this time around.

“Not this shit.” He said, turning and watching the deer. He did love venison, but he had a kid on his shoulders and nothing but his bare fucking hands and a knife to kill with. They’d have to …look for fucking wild turkeys or some shit, he didn’t know.

“Are you sure I can’t just make you a peanut butter and jelly?” He scoffed, walking forwards.

"Ew." Kalle grimaced looking away. "No. Peanut butter and jellies are gross." 

Looking around he spotted something Liam couldn't see and pointed to it. "Follow that!" He shouted excitedly, not sure if the little ghost rabbit was headed home, but he hoped so.

Liam actually didn’t know fucking shit about catching rabbits. He knew you didn’t really go around shooting them, and he had no idea how to root out that shit, so he was pretty confused as to what he was actually going to do.

Maybe wander around and hope one appeared.

He looked down at Kalle, watching his little baby face squish up in delight as he looked at him, sighing.

“Eh, probably shouldn’t, but when has that stopped me?” He snickered as he decided he would go ahead and reach down, picking the other boy up and slipping him onto his shoulder, balancing him carefully.

“Holy shit, enjoy being tall and manly while you can.” He wondered where those other motherfuckers went, what were they even up to.

“Do you have any idea how to find these things?”

Kalle let out an eep! as he was lifted, grinning the entire time before he was set down and he fisted a little hand of Liam's hair, raising the other to touch the tree branches. "Theeey're living in little holes underground I think? I've seen lot around! We should set traps." He grinned.

"Have you hunted before?" He chuckled a little looked around and smiling as he caught a deer running off in the distance. "Pretty~"

Hand clenched tightly around Liams as he led him through the forest Kalle peaked around some bushes, in search for rabbits no doubt, they'd have to set some traps however.

This would be a long process and Kalle wasn't exactly the most patient.

"Hey, hey, hey mister Liam, can you put me on your shoulders?" Both arms coming up to be lifted.
