Been loving all the Ally Jonah posts amongst the current TransFem Spider-Man trend so I wanted to throw my hat into the ring.
One of my favorite fan art trends in recent memory because seeing a lot of transfem Spidey fans happy makes me happy.

"Dag blast it. These will get all wrinkled. What would he do without me?"
Amazing Spider-Man #800
J. Jonah Jameson is the funniest kind of comic book character I can think of, because he doesn't fit any of the traditional superhero genre archetypes. He's actively hostile to Spider-Man, to the point of obsession - by most superhero genre rules you'd think that would make him a villain, right?? But no, he's actively supported the rights of minorities (including immigrants, the LGBTQ+ community, and mutants) since the 60s, enthusiastically exposes real criminals in his newspaper even when it's dangerous to do so, and has been shown in multiple adaptations to be willing to sacrifice himself/put himself in danger to protect the people he cares about (even his coworkers and staff he doesn't personally know well!). Literally the only villainous thing he does in most adaptations (with some notable exceptions) is hate Spider-Man and print inflammatory articles about him, mostly just because he believes that "anybody who looks that heroic on the surface must be hiding something" and "a real hero would work with law enforcement, not against it." But he's never really a hero either - he's abrasive, rude, prone to vindictiveness, and his dedication to the idea that law enforcement/the military should always be the first line of defense blinds him to a lot of important things and gets in the way of actively making a difference to help people in many situations. I'm glad he exists in the Spider-Man universe, because that's an extremely realistic kind of guy, and that makes him stand out in an environment full of superheroes and supervillains. I feel like that's a guy I could have conceivably heard host a show on local talk radio in the 00s, or encountered at my old church getting into an animated conversation over coffee and donuts. A guy with a lot of Opinions who's genuinely good to the people in his immediate circle and would yell at people if they used the wrong pronouns for someone but probably would have a thin blue line sticker on his car.
Bad JJJ writing:
Basically a newsie Lex Luthor but w/ hair and a lack of scientific know-how.
A horrible boss.
He only hired Peter because he can get pictures of Spider-Man.
Runs smeer campaigns and spreads misinformation.
He doesn't use his influence for anything positive.
He has a single-minded, ill-defined hatred of Spider-Man.
Only targets Spidey even though there are other vigilantes who wear masks in NYC.
He is willing to hire assassins to kill Spidey because he's that petty.
Cop boot kisser
Good JJJ writing:
Guy who built his company from the ground up and happened to make it big time.
A decent, if very loud and opinionated, boss who cares about his employees and is willing to risk himself for their safety.
Hired Peter, who had zero experience and was still in high school at the time, because he knew about Uncle Ben's death and knew this scraggly teenager and his elderly aunt were struggling financially. The Spider-Man photos were just a bonus.
Believes in the power of the truth and is willing to make retractions if proven wrong (even if he really doesn't want to).
Uses his influence to promote equal rights for marginalized groups (including the in-universe mutants).
Dislikes Spider-Man both because of trauma related to a masked mugger and because he's worried that the anonymity of Spidey's mask means that if he ever does go too far, then he won't face tangible consequences.
Part of why he targets Spider-Man more than other "street heroes" is because he wants Spidey to rise to the bait and prove him wrong, and also because Spidey's fights tend to cause more property damage then, say, Daredevil's.
Would only hire assassins and/or build anti-spidey tech as a last resort.
Refers to firemen and paramedics as "the real heroes." And also astronauts, because his son is an astronaut and he loves his son so much.
Once yelled at Godzilla, lived.
He was technically Peter's step-brother (via adoption) for a while, and he hated it because Peter was a troll about it.
JJ eventually evolved into one of the most complicated characters in Spider-Man's supporting cast. He is great when written well. A blowhard and a skinflint and unfailingly loyal to his people and dedicated to the truth and an enemy of corruption and bigotry.
The hilarious thing about being a tgirl on here is when you get harassed you'll get called the friend of another random tgirl getting harassed. I have never spoken to that woman in my life but I'm glad I got assigned a best friend by tumblr

Deadly egg recall
The FDA has upgraded an egg recall issued last month to âClass I,â its highest risk level, as it warns the public that consuming the products could cause âserious adverse health consequences or death.â
The recall of 1,589,577 dozen white-shell eggs and brown cage-free shell eggs was initially issued by Midwest Poultry Services in late July, which warned they might be contaminated with Salmonella Enteritidis.
According to the company, the eggs were produced and distributed from farms in Texas between June 6 and July 3 and have sell-by or best-by dates between July 20 and August 17. The recalled egg cartons have either the code P-1950 or 0840962 and Julian Dates between 157-184.

Growing pains
TMW she snaps and tears Doc. Ock's robotic arm and ebats him with it. like "FOR THE LAST TIME I AM FUCKING TRANS!!!" And now James Jonah Jameson is in hot water because suddenly most of his following is far righters while his only true grievance is that he does not like vigilantism. I need JJJ's perspective Fanfic for trans spiderman!!!
My read on Jameson in this situation is to reference the time Mayday did some time traveling and he briefly thought spider-man had transitioned, and then had a moment of "oh shit I'm harassing a minority". He would be an asshole about it, but he wouldn't let his hatred of makes vigilantes lead into someone committing a hate crime with his rants as the reasoning.
At least that's my thought on it.
