When your smoothie is as thick as your peanut butter you know you did it right 🤤 Here are the deets: 🔹1 large frozen chopped banana (or 1.5 small bananas) 🔹1/4 cup frozen blackberries 🔹1 cup frozen cauliflower 🔹LOTSA cinnamon 🔹optional scoop of protein powder or collagen peptides Add all ingredients to your food processor or high speed blender, whiz together in high until completely smooth!
