This is literally me
I so dearly wish this manga could be animated.
Rin Koyama is just the right amount of sly cunningness and crazy silliness that I love her dearly. I don't normally like this character type but she's just so funny and I love her obsession with her "god" and that it doesn't really go too overboard.
It is SO refreshing having a female manga character EXPLICITLY state that she is aromantic. Especially in a slice of life manga which genre tends to air on the conservative side.
Hear me out but I feel like Momo Uchida and Yuzuki Murashige would get along very well.
I had a really funny dream where I made out with a girl (which is kind of funny in itself because I really dislike kissing and the idea of doing that with anyone regardless of gender makes me feel kind of sick) and afterwards the rest of the dream was like some action thriller where I was trying to run away/avoid her, first in a large park area and then in this massive wedding mansion thing and random individuals in my life. An introspective representation of me running away from commitment? Perhaps.
Flashback to Middle school when I read a lot of manga and I was so tired of reading about girls being infatuated with cool mysterious boys, that I literally wrote a manga about a girl who was completely disinterested in the cool new male student at her school. 😂😂😂
I also would (mentally) create stories about her being interested in the new FEMALE student. But I couldn't draw it because I would've gotten my ass beat.
I work with adults with disabilities and there was this hilarious woman who kept complaining about everything and one person in particular, and it was all because of Tapatio. And let me say that 1) the way she said it was the funniest thing I saw all day and 2) I could almost hear an Angela-style skit in the way she said kept circling back to it. It was something akin to ham cake, but Tapatio in an NY Italian accent.
I have a weird habit of developing crushes on women who look overexhausted with the world.
it hurts how much I relate to this 🥲💔

You can't convince me otherwise that Niikura both hates Nagumo but is 100% in love with her.
In "We Got Work to Do" Jamie and Jaime sounded absolutely fantastic together during their two lines of harmonizing. I wish they had more lines together.
ISO a manga (or anime) where there's a dynamic of "uptight or straight(heh)-laced girl x carefree open minded girl"
Doesn't have to be a main couple or even a yuri-centric manga.
I guess I really like the dynamic of someone who is very intense or guarded gradually loosening up and letting themselves experience new things (I guess the essence of slow burn?) it's really cute when they start becoming flustered.
I only don't like it if the uptight character is major major asshole to everyone around them.
I prefer drama but comedy is also fine 😂.
I know this is like 9 years late but I just watched Firebringer twice today and it is officially one of my favorites Starkid work. The music is incredible and of course everyone is uber talented.
I kinda surprised myself how much I find Jemilla attractive. Like whoa. Her voice and her personality are 🥰. I guess I've always had a thing for uptight (female) characters with a good heart who are just trying their best and then soften because of another (female) character. Their duet at the end is freaking good. I also love that this work had a lot more lower female registers.
Also StarKid PLEASE get Jamie Burns back her voice is INSANE. I can't believe she only led one song.
Why do I find girls in ponytails so attractive
There's homoeroticism between Texas and basically every female character around her
Love Lab should've been a yuri. There. I said it.
