2011~2012
As twenty twelve approaches I find myself contemplating the past year, the present and the future.
This year started off not so well, I made many mistakes and burned a few bridges but when the smoked cleared, I definitely learned many lessons and many truths about myself and others.
At the moment I find myself stronger mentally and spiritually, I’ve began to surround myself with more positive people while disassociating myself with the toxic. I have begun to rebuild burnt bridges while strengthening others and have learned to be more humble as opposed to being so proud. I find myself unconditionally in love with life, despite its ups and downs. Every day is truly a blessing and I am thankful.
For the year that approaches I have made a promise to continue to push myself both spiritually and mentally at the same time encouraging those that surround me to do the same. I hope for continued prosperity, health, happiness, love, family and unity for myself and those I am surrounded by in the New Year. I strive for enhanced unity with in my family, extended family and spiritual family. I strive to leave the past in the past and walk towards future with complete trust. I aspire to be a better husband, friend, a better godfather, brother, son and human being.
I wish everyone a blessed holiday and a prosperous new year.

Weekend Project #2
Ok so last weekend I tackled my home office by building a custom desk/work area which allowed me to have a work area as well as a artistic area. This weekend I tackled the Garage. I have way to many plastic totes, tools and boxes, So I decided to build a custom shelf unit which would allow me to move the totes off the floor, give me a few shelves for power tools etc. and the pièce de résistance, a work bench. =) Thank you CK for your help yet again.
P.S yes I love my work bench...lol and yeah I know I need to shave...
Weekend Project
My home office is lacking a decent computer table/work space so this past week I have been drawing up ideas for building my own. With the help of my godson Ck this is what we have so far:
Construction complete....(Sat)
First coat of stain....(Sat Night)
Final Coat of Clear Polyurethane ....(Sun Afternoon)
The table is over 8 feet long and is only 1/2 of the total table, the other piece is for next weekend (maybe). Going for the "L" Shape look but from wall to wall. (sorry my garage is messy)
Ok I couldn't wait:
Dry fitting for final placement, unstained:(Mon Afternoon)
(Mon Night)
Where are your manners?
You know there was a time when people both young and old had common sense and manners. Men where gentlemen and women lady's or whatever... My point is.... It really erks me that people have no freggen manners anymore. When you call someone, say Hi how are you, don't just start talking or ask for something. It used to be that people would call ask how you where, how your family was etc. wtf!! Where did that go?
Another thing that erks me..... When someone calls you and just starts talking and talking and talking. Did you ever think that maybe that person was doing something. Be courteous, show some manners, ask them if they are busy.
Sorry had to vent, this is in now way directed at anyone in particular.
