Okay but can we talk about this for a second, because - this actually makes sense. The boys grew up in a car. This is probably, in the circumstances given, where Dean felt the most natural and comfortable falling asleep. Not on the prison bed, but on a seat with his head lolling against a hard surface, a blanket thrown over his lap to keep him warm. Sitting, not lying down, to remind him of the safest place he’s ever known on earth.
