Arrival
Dean half smiled to himself, before looking at her heels, âYou can can never go wrong with boots.â He looked up to her car and shook his head, âNice ride. Last time I saw one of those, a Horseman was driving it⌠Weâll take my car. Iâll even open the door for ya.â As he did open it, the heavy door creaked on its hinges. âI assume you brought an arsenal, and got the proper equipment on youâŚâ
âTell me about it, but I was trying to look professional. Instead, Iâm walking like Iâve been on the whiskey and for once, I actually havenât.â Hannah rolled her eyes, a low whistle escaping her lips as she looked over at his car. âYour car is pretty beautiful too.â With a slight nod of her head, she walked back over to her car, opening the trunk and pulling out a duffle bag. âYep, I always come prepared.â Quirking a brow, she headed back over to his car, slipping inside and offering a smile. âThanks darlinâ.â
Dean nodded, "Speaking of which, we'll make a quick stop so I can get out of this monkey suit. I've learned all the local authorities are gonna tell me for now." Dean lovingly patted the roof of his car, "Oh this? This is, Baby." He chuckled a bit, "Hunters sometimes seem to be defined by their cars." He looked to the duffle, "Just toss it in the back seat." He closed the door after her and walked around. He swept his surroundings one last time with a quick glance before sliding into the impala. The car roared to life as he turned key. They backed up and then cruised out onto the road, "So I've only encountered these things just the one time. Took down an alpha wolf. Two died from infighting and... we let one go. I only recently got the majority details on pure bloods. Mountain ash, wolf's bane, and old faithful, silver. And they're separated into two categories, Alpha and beta. But I'll be honest... When I first heard alpha, I thought they were talkin' about somethin' else."
