Kidnapping people was surprisingly difficult, depending on the person it could take a few hours or even days or months. When Dorian had began, it was under strict mentoring, he was only thirteen at the time, and reckless with his actions, but with age came skill, and though now he was much larger and not able to fit in the small places he once did, he now had the stealth of a lion before it pounced.Â
Knowing so many of the pureblood society was good, he had been around for so long, to so many parties, helped so many ladies to unto their hair, lead them back to his place... well... it helped in situations like this, where one single sip of polyjuice potion is all it took for his body to turn into hers, into the other Carrow. It was odd to look in the mirror, but he knew how she talked and how she moved, it was easy to imitate someone so typical.
Despite himself heâd learned to respect her, almost... perhaps even... care for her. Foolishly so, since he knew that it meant he had someone that could easily be his undoing, usually heâd make them forget, but ever since Juliet barged in and said she needed him to help her go, with Lena in her arms, he couldnât... he couldnât say no. They were stuck together. For now.Â
Tracking Amycus was easy, he had gone to Diagon Alley to get a new dress for Lena, since he had none of her clothes, Juliet had taken everything. However, he had stopped to get some sweets for someone, which gave Dorian enough time to enter the shop before Amycus did with his two children.Â
âWelcome, mam, how may I help you?â The lady at the counter asked, smiling at him and the elf that followed him.
âFunny you should ask,â He said as he moved towards the counter, âImperio,â He whispered the words, and he saw the way the spell took effect, âYou see the man coming up the road?â He asked, the woman nodded, âHeâs going to ask for a dress for his daughter, you will smile and act kind, insist she try on a dress, and once he agrees youâll take her to the second dressing room, where Iâll be waiting,â He said, and the woman could only nod, slowly turning to smile softly, her eyes softening as she turned to look at the door and Dorian moved to the second dressing room.
Now, he waited, long enough where his potion wore off, heâd have to take more later.
It wasnât a surprise that he was hesitant to leave Lena by herself with a woman he had seen only a few times, but to Dorianâs relief he agreed, and once the woman entered, he grinned, taking Lena from her, who giggled at the sight of Dorian, mumbling something along the lines of Dorian, or the sound she made whenever she saw him, she didnât quite phrase his name yet.Â
âRight, alright, you ready? Iâm going to need a hair, okay? Look away,â He said to Lena who giggled, and he took out a small knife to take some hair out and throw it inside the polyjuice potion, handing it to the elf next to him, who drank it and slowly turned into an exact replica of Lena.
 âPick her up,â he told the woman who did, âYouâre going to take her outside and show the pretty dress to Amycus, once you bring her back to change, kill her, after that... Well, youâll have an accident, where youâll become raging mad and set this shop and yourself on fire, undrestood?â He asked, the woman smiled and nodded, taking the elf who now looked like Lena in her arms and exciting the room.Â
Looking at Lena he kissed her forehead, âAlright, time to go see mommy,â He whispered, and just like that, apparated out of the small store, and returned to the hotel he and Juliet were now staying at.Â
Once he arrived, one of his charges stopped him, looking at Lena and then him.
âYou asked me to come?â He asked, his dark eyes looking around.
âYou have a new job, gather ten of your best men, this child is your charge, anyone suspicious comes looking towards her, you stop them, they try to take her, you kill them, undrestood?â Dorian said, his icy blue eyes meeting the dark ones of his charge.
âWhat if itâs one of them?â He asked, referring to the Deatheaters.
