Everything in my life seems to be falling to pieces.
White Wedding || Winter&Zach
Zach nodded understandingly and held up a pack of crackers. “Maybe settle your stomach?” he asked with a tilt of his head. He shut the compartment and settled into the seat next to her, then looped his arm around her shoulders. “Nervous?” he asked with a small smile. It didn’t quite meet his eyes. He was nervous, too, but he was also angry, excited, disapproving, and a whole flurry of other things that barely made sense to him. He probably wouldn’t even fully admit to himself what was happening until half way into the actual wedding.
"You know," he started, clearing his throat, "the actual wedding probably won’t be until tomorrow. My father has a habit of telling everyone to be there a day early, just in case their pilot gets sick or some other complication arises… just to make sure everyone’s there by the time he wants them to be. So, you should have tonight to settle in. Meet everyone, probably." He cleared his throat again. "If you want." After a moment, he added, "Or even just relax and get used to the surroundings. Or whatever you want."
Winter stared down at her hands for the time being and looked up at him when he offered the crackers to her. She smiled thankfully and took them, opening them. Once Zach looped his arm around her, she leaned into him and rested her head on her shoulder. "Yeah... What if they don't like me? I mean, from your background and my own... we're completely different people." She whispered and nibbled on a cracker, then started again. "I mean nothing bad about you or your family Zach, but I've met snobby rich people and they tend to judge me by poverty." Winter mumbled.
Winter paused when he tried to explain things and then nodded, giving him a small smile. "Okay. That would be nice." Winter smiled and tilted her head to look out the darkened windows. "Does this ever get boring? Riding in a limo, having everything you could almost possibly desire?" Winter asked, glancing up at him once more. She always dreamed of having this life, but no matter what she did to help her parents get up there, it never came.

Winter stared down at her dress, which was a was a turquoise color that hugged her sides and was in layers down the right side. Her hair was curled, which took about an hour just to get it right. When Zach walked out and held his arm out to her, she gladly took it,…
Winter tried to keep a kind smile on her face, but the butterflies in her stomach were against it. What if they didn’t like her? How could she cope knowing that during the whole day, Zach’s father and stepmother thought bad if her? She gulped and then looked to Zach. She shook her head. “Not really. I actually feel a bit queasy.”
Was that thunder?
I think so, yeah.
Not just that. I want to see my mother, I want to know she is okay, but she won’t allow me to see her which hurts.
I don't know.
You won’t be alone here.

White Wedding || Winter&&Zach
"Yeah, yeah, we’re coming, okay?" Zach grumbled into the phone then snapped it shut. He glanced in his reflection once more on the way out the door, straightening his tie. With a smirk he turned away and held his arm out for Winter to take. His shoes lifted him up just a tad and shone against the dull floor. His suit was fitted perfectly, crisp and clean. He’d combed his hair, for once, but he knew the maids waiting for him would fuss over it still.
He led her to a long black limo and turned to her with a smile on his face. “Milady,” he said, and bowed in front of her with his arm tucked behind his back. Opening the door for her, he waved her inside with a wink her way and a familiar glance at the driver at the front.
Winter stared down at her dress, which was a was a turquoise color that hugged her sides and was in layers down the right side. Her hair was curled, which took about an hour just to get it right. When Zach walked out and held his arm out to her, she gladly took it, smiling brightly. She walked with him out to the limo and it took all her strength not to fall to her knees. She had never been in a limo, and never expected to. She looked to Zach again, smiled sweetly, and scooted inside, folding her hands in her lap.
What’s up?
I don't exactly... like to be alone. Not relationships wise... just in general.
Hey buddy!
Awesome, you got another dog!!
Cool. I’m celebrating the fact I get to stay here for Christmas.
You don’t look too happy about it?
Not particularly, no.
But efficiant.
Still gross as hell..
oh, well you better watch it in those clubs. I won’t hesitate to give someone a cuban necktie.
That's gross.
no I mean out as in go do something fun. Not sit in some shitty bar and drink all night.
That's the thing about the bar. It's not exactly shitty. It's really more like a club.
you should get out more or something.
I was planning on going to the bar tonight.
So what’s up with you? anything cool?
Unfortunately, no.
Celebrating the weekend.
Cool. I'm celebrating the fact I get to stay here for Christmas.
I didn’t even know grizzly bears could teach something, let alone speak Russian.
That is very surprising.
