idk what girl (or anybody rly) needs to hear this but it is okay to outgrow your friends !!! yes even the ones you have known since elementary/middle/high school !! sometimes you will find that you are in very different places in life or have different values or even just dont like each other as you used to and it is okay to not be friends anymore. there doesn’t need to be some big argument or long paragraphs of explanation you can quite literally just move on! especially if you realize that “friendship” is draining rather than uplifting. you do not have to be friends with people who dont add love and care to your life just because youve “been friends for so long.” friends are important so its best to have ones who appreciate you as much as you appreciate them !!
