Nature has not made any creature more charismatic than the tiger. As an apex predator, their survival is literally intertwined with our own!
This diorama is set in the mid-1800s, when the prairies teemed with tens of millions of bison. A few decades later fewer than a thousand remained.
This diorama has a way of transporting you back to when vast herds of bison blanketed the prairies of North America! Imagine how wonderful it would be to see the millions of bison roaming across the prairies!

This is a perfect example of the culture of Ancient Egypt!

Jurassic Countdown
I am so counting down to the premeire of Jurassic World! From what I could tell: the fourth Jurassic Park film would be just as epic as the first three! Then again: any film that focuses on dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals are films that I love to watch! Of course the first Jurassic Park is the best when it comes to dinosaur films.
Earth Day Excellence
Earth Day is tommorow and I feel so amped up! The only thing that i wish for is that more people would realize that this Earth is the only one we have and that she is our mother! EARTH IS AWESOME!
Tigers Rock
Many of us don't understand that saving the tiger says a lot about our ability to save all the other species: even ourselves! We need to remember that by safeguarding the tiger, we are also safeguarding the forests that are cruicial to our own survival! LONG LIVE THE TIGER!
The Way Earth Used To Be
I always envision that before humans modernized it; Earth was a paradise of unbelievable natural wealth. Oceans were vigorous and brimming with life, colossal herds thundered across the plains and forests supported immense varieties of species. But then humans let their egos get too big and forgot that they are part of nature. Apparently most of us don't get that the greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.
