1.) GREEN TEA- Works like crazy boosts metabolism and keeps you full and awake. 2.) 200CALS - 400CALS/DAY- I lost 6 pound in 2 weeks!!!
3.) SPARKLING WATER- 0 calories flavored + no aspartame
4.) AFFIRMATIONS- Just like normal affirmations if you repeat “I hate food.” Your brain will believe it. 5.) GET A WL PARTNER- If it gets toxic its even better to push yourself.
6.) RIBBON METHOD- Make a ribbon the size you WANT your thighs, waist, arms, etc to be. Every time you get hungry wrap it around.
7.) EAT WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS- It’s easier to prevent yourself from binging if your not distracted by Tiktok, YouTube, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc.
8.) DANCING- It may sound delusional, but dancing around your room to edit audios or just dancing can burn extra calories at night.
9.) PAINTING NAILS- Paint your nails a color that will remind you not too eat every time you’re hand gets close to your face.
10.) COMPARING- Whenever you’re fasting or choosing it to eat in public find someone who is and think, “I’m so much stronger than them.”
11.) BABY FOOD- Little calories for the puffs and num nums.

I can't stand it, I can't eat, if I eat I will hate myself even more
When i was 13 and suicidal, my biggest fear was when I would actually kill myself because the people carrying my body out would notice how fat and heavy I was. So that tells you something about my mental state throughout the years
