I’m kinda making myself annoyed for no reason with this, but I saw a Twitter post that was like

“why do people cheat if you can break up if you found someone better”

which I completely agree with, betraying someone’s trust is a horrible thing to do, and communication is always most important in a relationship, but the replies like, kinda concern me, cause I see a lot of people saying

“if you have the capability to fall in love with someone else, you never loved your partner to begin with”

or “it’s not possible to be emotionally attracted someone who’s not your partner in any circumstance, it’s always physical”

or “Why can’t people just pick someone to date for the rest of their life with absolute foresight”

and it’s just, what. What. How do people live like that. Believing that something either must be a non serious hookup, or a long term picture perfect relationship to marriage and children. I don’t understand how people operate under that system. I date because I like people and I want to know them better and understand them romantically.

I feel like so many people have this black and white vision of dating, that if you fall out of love or like someone else, you never loved them, or they never loved you, or you have to hate them now or else you’ll get back together.

Like???? Am I crazy??? Are interpersonal relationships not fluid??? It’s like, do people not understand that people can change and evolve and effort is required to stay in a relationship??? It’s not some, snap, you’ve found the one, thing???

I feel like I’m going crazy

I know it has something to do with me being queer and not viewing relationships in a binary sense, cause I think I’ve always had a strange perception of that.

I should say, I’ve never cheated or been cheated on, thankfully. I know I can’t comprehend the betrayal someone must feel when it happens, but like, am I wrong about this???

Another thing I’m thinking about, I love the headcanon that Tenna will turn down alcohol and nicotine in most cases, but actively uses coke instead

The image of him being at a party or something and going “Ah sorry, no alcohol, ha, corrosive circuit damage isn’t for me!” And then immediately doing a line of coke, is so fucking funny to me

“I gotta keep this figure somehow!”

Thinking about bigshot spamtenna

But specifically spamton falling first and having an unrequited crush on Tenna for awhile cause that’s hilarious

Actually I think the hilarity depends on how much of a dirt rag you interpret Spamton to be in his bigshot era

I like to think they both had genuine intentions starting out their business partnership, and Spamton is a bit of an ass, but not total “hey come here sweet cheeks let me sniff ya”

Acting all “It’s alright ant, I’ll show you how to be a bigshot like me” while going “WHY THE FUCK DO I YEARN TO KISS THIS MAN UNDER THE MOONLIGHT” internally

And Tenna is just like “Oh boy! I can’t wait for a successful business partnership with my new best friend!”

Welcome to the final part in playing Undertale for the first time

I went and got true pacifist, and got to see all 3 bosses‼️‼️‼️ (Excluding Sans, of course)

I think I loved Flowey’s fight the most, closing and opening the game to new dialogue every time was so cool

I cried when voicing Asriel talking to Frisk after his boss fight, he’s just a scared kid, man

Hearing the amalgam music was transcendent, I loved it so much, and seeing it all, was just, wowowowowow

I grew up with theory vids about Undertale and now I can organically see where they came from, it’s crazy

This whole game is so awesome

I can now say I’m a certified UTDR fan‼️‼️‼️

Welcome to part 3 of my very first Undertale playthrough

This was from the middle of hotland to the beginning of Asgore

I’m currently standing outside asgore’s door

Holy moly, wowowowowow

I feel so strange, I’ve seen so many of these places before, but never actually experienced them firsthand.

And I got to the “Despite everything, it’s still you.”

I grew up hearing that quote. I grew up around the Undertale fandom, and now that I’m here, it’s just, crazy.

I like burger pants, and I think Mettaton’s design is really cool. I wonder if I can get enough money to enter his house after the game.

Sans’s talk about Toriel was so sweet, and his pep talk in judgement hall? I can see why people got so attached to him

It’s a lot shorter than I expected it to be. When I watched playthroughs as a kid, they seemed to drag on and on. But now I know the layout, I understand this more. It’s crazy

I feel like it’s one of those games that’s better to play than watch

I’ll probably be beating the game tomorrow

Welcome to part 2 of my first time Undertale playthrough update even though I’ve seen Deltarune and know most of the undertale lore

Today I got through Undyne and am now at the middle of hotland.

It took me a billion tries to get through Undyne because I didn’t know you could just leave- but I did it eventually‼️

I saw the water cooler. Horrifying. But I gave Undyne that water, and now she’s my friend :D

Mettaton is, huh. He kinda scares me as of the moment, but that’s only because he’s trying to kill me, yk. Actually, he called Frisk beautiful at one point and I really like to imagine he just leaned down and pet them on the head

I really really like Frisk, they are one of the only characters to inspire a deep paternal instinct in me

And once again with my jokes predicting the future, Mettaton was listing out the ingredients for the cake and I jokingly said “A human soul!” And GUESS WHAT THE NEXT LINE WAS???

I went all the way back to the ruins to try and find the nice cream guy, since he wasn’t in Waterfall and I wanted my free nice cream. Didnt find him, but I think he’s in Hotland

Honestly this is where I think Undertale is really getting good. It’s been good, but I when I tried to watch Undertale playlists as a kid, I usually got bored after Snowdin.

That stupid PYROPE IS THE BANE OF MY EXISTENCE (also homestuck reference)

Speaking of Homestuck, the beginning section of Hotlands looks a lot like Land of Heat and Clockwork
