Somehow, I’ve never posted photos of my finished senior project online! This was a natural beauty line called Copper & Herb that I created branding and packaging for, and set up a pop-up shop display for the senior exhibition.

I painted the wall powder pink and painstakingly measured and drew out the triangle pattern with a metallic copper paint marker. For someone with a paralyzing fear of heights (I get shaky and light-headed standing on a ladder four feet up), this ten foot high wall was definitely a labor of love. It took me about 20 hours just for the wall, not even hanging shelving or the actual printed pieces. The copper lines were so beautiful though, I was really happy with how it turned out.

I created three posters outlining the brand identity (the main poster is four and a half feet tall!), every ingredient in the line, and our mission statement. There are two patterns used in the packaging for the three products - soap, scrubs, and lotion bars - and five versions of each product for different skin types and scent preferences. There’s a set of six diy recipe cards to promote the natural, fresh, and simple mindset of the brand.

hi i'm wondering why you're using proto-germanic runes and then translating them to norwegian? instead of using nordic runes?? this doesn't comply with what i learned in school (i'm scandinavian)

Hey, this was actually a project I did a couple years ago in my type 1 class, the point was to practice type hierarchy and leading the eye to focus on visual aspects in a certain order so I did very little research into the actual runes. I did this over a week with ~three hours of sleep a night ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’m sorry it’s so wrong and I meant no disrespect! If you know of any online resources where I can learn more I would love to actually educate myself.
