You have been doing so good and have put in so much work to stop now!

All that time taking control, setting goals, and making the effort to feel amazing in your own skin should be your motivation to keep pushing!
Here is motivation from my experience: If you are upset because you ate breakfast one morning, don’t let that be the reason you give up the rest of the day. There are 24 hours in the day. Use each hour for good and block out the negative voices telling you to binge.
Start the day over in your mind and take advantage of your day. You can’t give up when you have been doing so so good.
Your work WILL pay off. The skinnier version of you is just in reach.🩵
