okay so after getting a spooky procedure done to help with hormone related pain, i am still in not insignificant amounts of pain. i took a week vacation, no pain, i returned here, pain. i returned here and also noticed not insignificant growths of mildew* around the vents in every room 🙃 i googled symptoms of prolonged exposure to mildew and the symptoms are like 100% consistent with the fatigue, muscle/connective tissue pain, and muscle weakness 😬 BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS, I'm moving in august 🎉 and will have healthcare with my student visa starting in septembre 🎉🎉🎉 so like, lay on and all that....

*we're gonna keep saying just mildew cos i see no evidence of the serious issues one experiences when exposed to something dangerous like black mould, it could be mould but its defo not Big Bad Mould, and don't yet want to raise that level of alarm for myself or others (the home owner's insurance)

many of the jokes on the internet that become awful are originally fine but become so abstracted from their origins as they hit the mainstream that they become genuinely problematic. the original "girl dinner" post was about how when you're eating by yourself or just with a few girlfriends you don't have to pull out all the stops, you can grab random shit from the pantry and/or fridge and call it a meal. girl dinner can be what was left in a that pickle jar, half a bagel with an egg and whatever cheese you have that needs to get eaten, something vaguely veg adjacent, and etc... and then it became a combo of posts where people posted insanely elaborate plates or like eating disorder shit and it got ruined.
