Stunning Volcanic Land Formations Captured In Iceland by Andre Ermolaev
Photographer Andre Ermolaev’s series of landscape photography on Iceland reveals the incredible beauty of its volcanic beds overflowing and riddled with water bodies. To capture the unique scenes, he takes the images from an aerial shot, where the frame encompasses the vast and unexplored territory. The organic flowing colors and shades of texture created by the different elements warring with each other deceive the eye at first, closely resembling abstract paintings.

I love Murakami’s works but why has he never written from the POV of a woman? I don’t think it would bother me so much if a lot of the female characters from a lot of his works didn’t all seem the same. Especially the love interests? Though I haven’t read anything published after Kafka on the shore, so perhaps he’s improved on that in the last ten years.
