Double prompt - ‘Own choice Character’ (2 of 'em!) & 'All I wanted was a….’ The headmistress of the Seiður Academy catches up with her friend Helga, who sometimes has new runes to share. Helga relates a story of how she adjusted a rune to get back at a farmer who laughed at her. “All I wanted was a little respect."

I was sleeping peacefully, for a long time I feel like. Until suddenly I was awake, and Onni was there! I don’t know what he did to get me here. Stand Still, Stay Silent has managed to absolutely captivate me for the past six years, so I couldn’t resist drawing Tuuri now that she’s (momentarily) returned. Minna, thank you for all you do, even if it’s caused pain over the years.

Tuuri’s death needed an info page

So - tw: suicide, character death. This is about Tuuri and her choice, and why it reads understandable to a Karelian and possibly Finns but - and this is important - not necessarily to anyone outside these cultural circles, unless you share some important cultural norms around the topic of death. It would have helped a lot to have an info page or sth where this would have been explained, because now the scene kinda… works in a very cold, cruel manner, when it could have been hopeful and calm instead.
