hi just wanted to drop by and say but it’s always been you turned a year old on the 15th. thank you guys so much for all the support you’ve given this fic over the past twelve months, especially since it was my introduction into this fandom. without all of the feedback i’d gotten, i never would have kept writing for wi. i know i’m not around much anymore but the time i had here was crazy fun and i’m so glad i got to meet as many people as i did.

okay so the plant your flag moment plays like it’s straight from a fucking fanfic

andrew isn’t actually giving steven a once over. you can see that his eyes go down to the table rather than down steven’s body, but even so, there’s still something inexplicably erotic abt the way andrew shifts (squirms) and looks away when he says “plant your flag,” especially with the extended pause. it’s less like he’s sizing up steven and more like he’s remembering something, which is only accentuated with the eye contact they make afterwards. i’m not saying mr ilnasty was remembering a certain “flag planting” he’s recently experienced but also that’s exactly what i’m saying
