Welcome to Would You Eat This Pokemon!

The mission is simple: to find the most edible Pokemon of all time.

Method: I will post three Pokemon a day in order of the Pokedex (or more if they're in the same evolution to continue the pattern at my discretion) and you can vote whether this Pokemon is edible or not.

At the end of each month, I will display the data for which Pokemon are considered, so far, the most edible. (If you'd like any other data showcased, such as the Pokemon considered the most morally questionable to eat, then let me know!)

At the end of the year, I'll also compile similar data; continuing this on for however long it takes to cover every Pokemon.

Ooh true, but that's assuming they operate like squishy meaty animal eyeballs? If it's a rock or metal Pokemon maybe it's smooth stone or metal?

can i suggest adding "inedible (shell is hard to break)"

Mmm that's a good point. But unless the shell is canonically IMPOSSIBLE to break, I don't know if hard to break would make it completely inedible?

the drowsee family are tapirs. which are definitely edible bc non-poisonous/non-venomous mammal, but I don’t know if they taste any good

Ooh a Google search tells me Tapirs are quite tasty (but illegal to hunt because they're endangered)

sorry if this is a dumb question! because i’m a vegetarian, i have a moral issue with eating any pokémon. is me voting that answer on every poll skewing the results or okay to do?

No this is a very fair question! I'd say go ahead and answer truthfully, that it's a moral issue for you, because it is. That's not skewing the data-- it's it's own kind of data I guess. It's like my mum who is morally opposed to eating only octopuses specifically, even if they're considered very edible and tasty by a lot of people.
