What a lovely day! Woke up feeling not worthy of who I used to be & granted myself the joy of switching that thought to understand that I keep on keepin' on. I just let myself have the day to do what I want to do. No one telling me I'm not doing "it" right, not even my own mind. I continue & I relish in this, this is my mode! I love coming out of something & seeing no end to the sadness, only to realize I've got all this!!! All this! I have everything. The heartache is fading & I've got laundry on the go, the girls are happy & I'm here living my life, as I intend.

THINGS ARE HAPPENING!

So, here today, day 19 & I weighed in at 155.2 lbs. Hmm! I'll take it because I just didn't know what I was & now I do. Cool! That's where I was in 2013 when I first started my diet/plan. Yahoo! It's cool. I'm feeling like I'm gaining health. I like it! Quite a lot, thanks! I'm doin' really well. I wonder if there's anyone I can go out for coffee with today? I was going to go to Marty & grab mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese & a couple of vitamins, but I'm gonna wait it out. Yep. Don't feel like it. I'm thinking of maybe volunteering tomorrow at work. Sure. Could be groovy! Here's to another fantastic day! See ya!

I feel happy ~

At work the other day, I was chatting with Tim, my manager & he told me about an AI site that he used to break down a contest the store held. He told me a bit about the "chat." I was fairly intrigued, so I checked it out for myself yesterday. Wow, totally cool! The site is called ChatGPT. I searched for a vision of a no-romance life. And after that, I further chatted & asked what a 5-year vision would be like. It's super cool. I wrote a while back that there are some customers at work who seem to be searching for things to occupy themselves, like puzzles, books & such. And I had the thought that those people were the ones who didn't get on with the whole computer movement & thus were bored with life at 75 or whathaveyou. I thought the same about AI. I hadn't done anything at all to look into it until yesterday. Super excited because I can see what it is, now, that I require to get strong enough to live my life without chasing after a love-of-my-life. Kinda cool ... :)

GRATITUDE is a way of life

Sitting here now, just after breakfast with the girls & I had been thinking about a friend of mine, who comes into where I work. He seemed to steadily be getting more & more angry. He had mentioned that his daughter-in-law was not treating him kindly as of a few days ago. So, I'm thinking about it all, I realized how ungrateful John seems & it got me thinking further about how I can help. I've been working on the ideas about my diet consulting business & am also into the planning stages. Part of my dad's real estate career was meeting clients & friends for coffee just to chat & keep in touch. I had decided a while back that this is going to be a central part of my business. And today, when I was pondering the best route for John to get back to good, I realized he basically lost his favorite family member left that he could buy things for & have a purpose, so to say. I realized that we all need someone to chat with, care for & simply just be a friend to. So, long story turns out to be that, I realized I want to help others, not just in seeing a vision for a healthy lifestyle, but just in general. Bottom line: I'm going to suggest coffee to John. I thought about a few boundaries & it turns out I need to plan more into my business with perhaps another phone & get on board with another phone line where my friends & clients can text to get in touch. Life is such an amazing thing when we care. Have a good one! And try a little gratitude on for style!! It'll look good on ya!

WHAT REMAINS

REMAINS. Hola! How's life? Life, for me, is good. Just applied for a new dental plan 2 nights ago & I'm excited about that, also, I filled in a form for a fuel tax refund & attached all my fuel receipts from 2025 & plan to send that off today. Yay! Things are going along very well. I like my pace right now. Expecting my Ms. Pac-Man game any ol' day now & I'm thrilled! Picked up a few cool books the other day. I'm into one & it's really great for my future. It's a skill-teaching book. Yahoo! Had two wonderful days at work on the weekend. Day 10 on my diet plan. Things are going well there. It's just a matter of time, practice & feeding my fridge with low/no carb foods. Hitting McM for fresh mushrooms today & my neighbor was talking about craving a fruit cocktail, so I'll be grabbing a can for them. Life? She be a true delight!

Ahhhhh ...

Things have changed. I said to Jesus, "How does change happen without a sharp line drawn in the sand?" Meaning, I don't want anything bad to happen to turn my life around. Smash! Broke the glass. After I cleaned it up, I had a thought about that sexy guitar-playing man that I see at work. Then ... the next thought & more & more of those regarding him. So, the sharp line drawn in the sand was the glass dying as it became many, many pieces, with me suddenly feeling good about myself. To have another to talk with & get to know? Oh YA! That's the ticket to ride. And it has been said that whatever I put my train of thought on, my life will follow. I had been thinking all this bad junk until about 2 hours ago. Now I'm footloose & fancy free ~ Wheeeeeee ~

of Einstein's desk & chalkboard after he died? It was so impressive! I thought about that today when I was eating my omelette because I felt bad about my home, from time to time, and reflecting upon what my home may be like when I leave this world made me feel a ton better. I write, so I have the business of me there, but also, I'm a diet consultant & the business of that is another thing. But bottomline? I'm an artist. My sister feels the need to tell me that a metal art butterfly on my wall "should be straight" as I had it flying along, looking so cool. I looked at it today & it's still straight, to my dismay. And with Coll, she told me that an area I quite like in my home, there's too much going on. And a flower needs to be moved. It needs it. What I realized today is that it's so our mom to say stuff like that. Life? Ain't it grand??

TIP TOP OF THE MORNIN' TO YA!

What a glorious day! Feelin' good. Day 4 on the plan & life is treating me right. Picked up fun groceries from Super Store, like Tiger Tail ice cream & sugar cones for ice cream. Got a nice collection of food happenin' & that's alright. Ran over to that discount store & grabbed some YUKON ice cream bars. These are called Moose bars! Hee hee, isn't that wonderful? They're so good. Had them before. And I picked up some Michelena's frozen entrees because they were on sale from 2 something to 1.35. Yahoo. Anyway. I talked to Jesus about the diet & I asked him for those feelings of joy & wow that I get when I'm doing extremely well on my plan. He's gettin' it goin' on for me!! Yes, Jesus to the rescue. I also talked to Him about temptation & how it's always bad, so I don't plan on following it anymore. Poof* done! Gotta fly, see you later, CoriLynGrrranimal~

This now

is good. Heading to meet Emmanuel for coffee in just less than an hour. Then it's a bit of shopping & homeward bound I am. The weather here has been outstanding! Truly a beautiful winter here. Had my carb meal & now it's low-Joe on those suckers. Day 3 on it & I'm happy. That's all there is to it. Went from yuck to grand in those 3 days. I feel that my health is returning to good, ever so beautifully. Colleen asked me, when we were out for coffee the other day, how long ago it was when I played on my soccer team. Age 22. She said, "That's like a lifetime ago." And I know what she was getting at. I told her, "It's still mine," meaning that I still have a soccer body when I'm lean, fit & healthy, which is where I'm heading. Taking all the lessons of now with me so I can teach what I know & have experienced firsthand. Glorious! I'm comin' back, Baby!!!!

Good Mornin'

Hey, how's it lookin' for you so far today? I'm having a great day! Last night I made a list I called my 50 First Dates list. Things had slipped my mind overnight, the other night, and when I realized I wanted to remember a list of things before I entered into the new day, I figured a list would indeed be something of value for me. Hoo! Well, yes, yes, indeed it is. Got that all read, wrote a little more & plan to read those throughout my day today. All we've got is today. So I don't want to make any major plans for my tomorrows. I have dreams & goals, ya, sure I do ... but placing what I want to do for the rest of my life seems a bit non-enjoyable for me at this point. I've got so much floating around in my mind, papers all over the place in here, that I just kinda gotta take it as it comes, one day at a time. And for the time being, I'm placing all of my hopes, dreams & wishes on me makin' it a great day at hand!
