anyways, i guess i should say a bit about myself. I really love drawing and writing, (as I’ve been drawing since I was four and writing a book for 3 years now-) and i play electric guitar and sing In my band. all you need to know about me is in my posts, I usually write about whatever’s important to me at the moment. but I’ll say that my favorite band is The front bottoms, my favorite show is Yellowjackets, and I just love a lot of shit in general lmao

I love Yellowjackets so much because it’s one of those shows where it’s so hard to blame anyone for anything. They were just desperate teenagers who lost their friends, coach and themselves out there. They were starving and repressed and depressed. But it’s also not like you can blame Jeff or Callie or Simone or anyone else for their reactions. I think the only thing you can blame is how they tried to get over it after they left. Shauna had gone crazy, Mellisa has ignored and suppressed her trauma, tai’s tried to cover it up, Nat went into drugs (plus other things obviously), etc;

and you’re still allowed to dislike any character - they all did horrible things

No one ask me about my opinion on Shauna or Jackie because I’m totally a Jackie but I also have the “no one understands her like I do” complex with Shauna
