Spotted. On a bin for dog shot. Don't be a Mikey, get it yourself.
Spotted. Woolpack Alley.
Spotted, Woolpack Alley.
I first spotted this around the same time Chapel Ash got a flash of colour, prior to anyone being invited to write on the wall. Didn't pay it too much attention initially as from a distance I thought it just looked like the lines on a heart rate monitor. A week or so ago I got a closer look to see what was actually going on and the line that really stood out to me was, Before I die, I want to save Wolverhampton. Headed up today to get a bit closer. For more details on the project check the links below. Before I die I want to complete an Ironman event.

Saturday morning, early commute to work. I made a plan to get up extra early to go and make some use of my camera. I already knew where I was headed but since I was on the bike I spotted a few pieces en route. Doesn't seem to be a great deal on the streets at the moment, and this wall on Red Lion Street is just begging for some paint.
Typical, the one time theres some street art being given some official space in the city I'm away for the weekend. Junction 2012, Festival of Contemporary Arts took place 3rd-5th August which "will bring together a broad spectrum of work from over 75 local and regional artists including visual art, live art, performance, video projection, interventions, poetry and music, all in a lively three day programme" Here are some shots from Chapel Ash featuring work from Kurt Hickson. Heres hoping Junction makes it to a third year.
Spotted in Perton, not an official notice.
Spotted. Malnutrition cat, caught this out the corner of my eye on the commute home. Nice placement. Bit too Banksy but stilla nice piece. Chapel Ash.
Spotted. This ones been in place for a long time now, spent a bit of time capturing everything on Chapel Ash. Quiet Sunday.
