please don’t lift if you’re under about 14!! i know that some children are very mature—and I considered myself to be one, so please don’t take this the wrong way—but under 14, i really wouldn’t have been ready to lift. i don’t want to parent you, i promise, but please just wait a couple years before you commit yourself to anything. even if you’re one of the very few who could truly lift successfully, you can’t get past the fact that any child under a certain age on their own would be watched incredibly hard

i know it can seem like a game, and who doesn’t like free stuff, but this is something that by this point you’re too old to get away with getting caught without consequences, so please really think things through before you do anything hasty

Lifting while on crutches?

I sprained my ankle and knee and need crutches to walk more than a few minutes, if I lift with a friend to help me while I’m on crutches would I be more or less sus?
